Ecstatic dance is a freestyle community dancefloor where there is no judgement, no ego - just you and the music.
Our monthly ecstatic dance is a safe, alcohol-free, phone-free space for conscious movement, barefoot dancing and deep connection with yourself and a friendly community.
Expect a serene setting, live DJ vibes and carefully curated multi-genre music that moves the body and the heart.

What to expect

• Guided warm up to open the body and breath
• 90min ecstatic dance journey flowing from gentle to ecstatic
• Liquid chocolate and a sound healing to close, supporting integration
• A rotating roster of local and interstate DJs weaving beautiful multi-genre tunes for deep dancing
