Conscious Retreats

Step away from the noise.
Return to yourself.

Yoga, breathwork, silent retreats, plant medicine, and more, led by facilitators with deep practice in beautiful places across Europe and Asia.

Yoga, meditation, Ayurveda…
Anywhere
Flexible
Any length

A retreat is the part a single evening cannot hold: several days in one place, with the same people, following the same rhythm. On Arivela you will find yoga retreats, silent and meditation retreats, spiritual retreats, breathwork and embodiment weeks, wellness retreats and ayurveda stays, from a quiet weekend in the countryside to three weeks somewhere far away. Each one shows its dates, its length, what is included and who is holding it, so you can compare them properly before you write to anyone.

Where people go on retreat

Some retreats are close to home: a farmhouse in the countryside, a stone house in the mountains, a weekend within driving distance. Others are the reason for the trip. Spain and Portugal in the warmer months, Bali, Sri Lanka and Thailand through the European winter, Greece and Italy in between.

Close to home, or a long way from it

Distance changes what a retreat can be, not how good it is. A weekend nearby leaves you rested by Sunday evening; two weeks abroad gives a practice time to settle. You can browse by destination, or start from the host whose approach you trust and see where they teach.

What a retreat is, and what it costs

A retreat on Arivela is more than a single date: it's a multi-day immersion, time enough to actually arrive and go deep. A quiet weekend or a three-week journey: a retreat holds the space a single evening never could.

Yoga retreats, silent retreats, plant medicine ceremonies, embodiment retreats: on Arivela you'll find retreats for the practices that really move you, led by facilitators with years of experience, in places across Europe and Asia.

What it costs, and what is usually included

Price depends on far more than length: where it is, whether you have a room to yourself, whether food and transfers are included, and how many people are held at once. A shared room in a small European retreat centre and a private villa on another continent are different propositions entirely. Every listing shows what its price covers, so you can compare like with like.

Retreats fill earlier than people expect, particularly the smaller ones and anything over a holiday period. If you have found dates that work, writing to the host early is usually worth it. Many of the same facilitators also hold shorter evenings and classes and longer trainings.
