Events, retreats and trainings work differently. So here they stand side by side, and you can see what applies to you.
Events: tickets with no fees for you
Selling tickets costs you nothing with us. At checkout a small service fee is added for your guest, shown as its own line. Your ticket price goes to you, less Stripe's processing fee.
Ticket types, seats per date, the guest list and check-in at the door are part of it.
We're switching ticketing on host by host. Write us a short message and we'll set it up together with you.
Retreats and trainings: listed and found
You publish retreats and trainings just as freely. There are no tickets for them: whoever wants to come along lands with you directly, through your own link.
So your sign-up stays exactly the way you know it.
Profiles and places: free, and linked to each other
Your host profile, your studio, your retreat centre: each one gets its own page. Link them to each other, and whoever finds one finds the others.
Co-hosts, places, offerings: every link comes about as soon as both sides say yes.

Why this costs you
nothing.
Arivela carries itself through the small service fee that is added when a ticket is bought. Not through you.
The rest the four of us carry out of our own pockets so far. That's why there are no paid placements here: whoever is at the top is there because it fits.
Payment runs through Stripe and goes to your own account, and Stripe's processing fee comes off there. Arivela charges you nothing. The contract for the ticket is between you and your guest.

- What does Arivela cost me?
- Nothing. Your profile, your events, retreats and trainings: you publish all of it for free. No subscription, no hidden costs, no paid placements.
- And what does my guest pay?
- Selling tickets costs you nothing with us. At checkout a small service fee is added for your guest, shown as its own line. Your ticket price goes to you, less Stripe's processing fee.
- When do I get my money?
- Payment runs through Stripe and goes to your own account. We release your money after each event date — one day after the date has ended.
- Do you sell data?
- No. Not yours, and not the data of the people who come to you. That is not a business model we want to build on.
Can I keep my own sign-up link?
Yes, that's the normal way. Even for events you don't have to use ticketing: your link stays your link.
What if someone cancels?
If you cancel a date, everyone booked for that date is refunded and told. For a single ticket, write to us and we'll refund it for you.
Can I sell tickets for a retreat too?
No. Tickets are for events only at the moment. You publish retreats and trainings just as freely, and sign-ups go through your own link, directly with you.
