Welcome to another journey of the Living Tantra series.

Living Tantra is a workshop series created for those who wish to deepen their exploration of Tantra. Inspired by ancient Tantric philosophy, each gathering takes us into a new theme through embodiment, meditation, energy practices and more.

🌹This time, you’ll be guided on a sensual journey to awaken your ecstatic self.

Sensuality is a core principle of the Tantra. Tantra recognises our physical reality as a manifestation of divinity and by fully experiencing it through the senses, we open a doorway to realising that divinity. To experience divinity in the physical is to experience ecstasy. Your body is always in the present moment. When you connect deeply with your physical experience through the senses, you’ll access a realm beyond time and space.

This workshop is designed to guide you in the exploration of yourself as a sensuous being. It’s an opportunity to explore sensuality without goals—simply for its own sake. To enliven your senses while attuning to their subtleties. You’ll be invited (and guided) to leave your mind at the door, dropping into presence, relaxation and openness.

What to expect 🔹Introduction to the role of sensuality within Tantra 🔹Warm up, get to know the group, practice setting boundaries, agreement on consent 🔹Curated heart-centred journey designed to guide you deeper 🔹Well balanced program with solo-, partner- and group practices 🔹New practices (for those that have been to my other formats) 🔹An exploration of all senses in a variety of ways 🔹Conscious non-sexual touch (if this is within your consent) 🔹A cosy and comfortable studio 🔹A short break to have a meal or snack (bring yourself)

Expected benefits These journeys offer a space for self-reflection and growth. The growth that happens in this space allows for a more liberated sense of self outside of the space. You are likely to emerge with a renewed sense of connection and peace.

My desire to teach Tantra has been sparked by having witnessed my own growth and healing as a result of these practices and it is inspired by a vision to create a more beautiful world.

I create a space that is loving and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on ensuring that you feel save and supported. My workshops are gentle yet transformative, spiritual yet grounded and always heart-centered. I'm passionate about bridging the wisdom of ancient Tantra with modern-day practices.
