European House of Yoga Light: A Unique Experience

In collaboration with the Yoga Federation of Europe, Arkona PN educational center,  we offer accredited teaching programs. Our programs provide students with a comprehensive understanding of yoga. These include a 200-hour basic Yoga Teacher Training  and an Advanced 550-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Additionally, we offer a wide range of specialized yoga teacher trainings and professional seminars, such as Golden Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Hormonal Balance Yoga Teacher Training.

Our Teaching Programs: A Multifaceted Approach

Our teaching programs are multilingual. You can choose to study in your native language or another language you prefer. We are internationally recognized, and our certifications allow you to teach yoga anywhere in the world. Furthermore, we offer an academic approach that supports learning, understanding, integrating, and applying yoga knowledge in everyday life. Thanks to our online program, you can also follow all lessons in real time from the comfort of your home. Moreover, you will gain essential knowledge and skills from our team of international yoga professionals.

Our Professional Seminars: Enhancing Your Skills

We organize various professional seminars to help you deepen your understanding of yoga and its many applications. These seminars include Healing Yoga for establishing health balance and Corporate Yoga for managing workplace stress. You can also explore Yoga Energo-therapy, Art Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga for Children and Adults, Raja Yoga, Yoga Meditations, Yoga for Artists, and Yoga in Sports. Each seminar focuses on specific skills and knowledge, helping you refine your yoga practice and teaching abilities.

Scalar Yoga Retreats: Transformative Experiences

Our scalar yoga retreats offer transformative experiences guided by experienced yoga Masters. The intensive program includes daily activities such as meditations, yoga classes, meditative workshops in a nature reserve, energotherapy sessions, evening kirtans, and satsangs with the Master. It is truly a journey of inner alchemy.

Accommodation: Rest & Rejuvenate

At the European House of Yoga Light, we offer modest yet peaceful rooms for yoga initiates. Our environment supports learning, meditation, and self-development. The center features an energotherapy hall with a pleasant atmosphere, illuminated yoga and meditation rooms, educational spaces, and a conference room.

Facilities: More Than Just Yoga

Our facilities extend beyond yoga studios. We host a restaurant, Arkona, that serves up vegan and vegetarian dishes prepared with bio ingredients from our yard. The House of Sweet Secrets and our bakery Ananda offer delicious and nutritional specialties prepared by a professional team. We even have an outdoor court for sports activities.
