A nurturing space for expectant mothers to connect with themselves and their babies through voice, breath, and soul.

Together we create sounds, sing, and improvise freely in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere. No previous singing experience is needed. Through playful vocal improvisation, we explore our natural voice and learn to express emotions, moods, and inner experiences through sound.

Singing together promotes relaxation, strengthens trust in your body and your voice, and offers practical vocal and breathing tools that can beautifully support birth preparation.
