Sexual Healing and Freedom - for women

A bi-weekly sharing & practice circle for women, dedicated to sexual healing and freedom. Each session moves through sharing, embodied practice (drawing from Taoism, bio-energetics, and modern sex therapy) and integration. No experience needed - just an openness to reconnect with your body, your sexuality, and yourself in community with other women.

This circle is for you if you feel called to reclaim your sexuality, release old patterns and shame, and heal in community with other women. Experience more ease in your body. Less shame, more aliveness and joy, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and to the women around you.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.

Please note Praxis Köpi is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Only book a ticket if you can walk the stairs. The benefit: a beautiful private studio with loads of natural light.

!! Arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time !! Once we start the session, I can’t let you in anymore because it disturbs the class. Please do yourself and the group a favour by coming on time. Thank you:)
