About this place

Medytacje aktywne OSHO. Warsztaty i programy rozwojowe. Sala i gabinety do wynajęcia.

MyMeditation.Space (operated by Fundacja Mindful Living) is the first accredited OSHO Meditation Center in Poland. This oasis for mindfulness and active meditation was founded by Urszula Radzińska and is located in the heart of Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

An Overview of What We Offer

The center combines daily digital practice with in-depth in-person experiences at the studio. • Types of Meditation: The focus is on active meditations based on OSHO’s teachings (e.g., the intensive OSHO Dynamic Meditation in the morning), as well as yoga elements, therapeutic bodywork, and trauma-informed approaches. • Hybrid Course Model: Guided online classes are held daily in the morning (7:00 a.m.) and in the evening (8:00 p.m.). Selected classes are also offered live in person at the studio located at ul. Puławska 118a. • Training Programs & Workshops: In addition to open classes, the center offers certified intensive training programs for aspiring meditation facilitators (OSHO Meditation In-Depth and Facilitation) as well as specialized workshops on somatics and craniosacral therapy.

There's a meditation room, therapy rooms, and a space where you can be outside your usual routine. It's not a wellness center, it's not a clinic. It's a place for bodywork, regulation, and presence.

It came about organically. In the building where Ula Radzińska's agency operated for years, during COVID, walls between rooms were demolished and a meeting room was created. Then a cloakroom, then offices upstairs. There was no design, no grand plans. We created our space in response to current needs.

Mindful Living Foundation

Today, My Meditation Space operates within the Mindful Living Foundation, which Ula founded with Monika Godzińska . The foundation isn't just a window dressing. Thanks to its activities, morning meditations are available for a voluntary donation, and the space can serve both individuals seeking a moment of pause and therapists seeking a place to work.

The Foundation is guided by the belief that many of the difficulties people face are not due to a lack of knowledge or motivation. They stem from chronic tension and a loss of connection with the body. Therefore, we don't "fix" things. We create conditions in which it's possible to stop and regulate them.

What's going on here?

Regular active meditations – in the morning and during the week, in the gym and online. Workshops and group processes for those who want to work deeper. OSHO Meditation Instructor Certification Courses for those ready to lead others. Therapy offices for specialists working in accordance with our standards. The space is also open to other facilitators and creators – available for rent for workshops, individual sessions, and regular studio sessions. [More on the Rent page ]

How we work

We don't promise quick change. We don't aim for specific outcomes. We take responsibility for the security of relationships, a clear framework, and a pace tailored to the individual.

From head to body.

The Mindful Living Foundation was established in 2022 in Warsaw. We believe that most of the problems faced by modern people, such as chronic tension, anxiety, and burnout, are not due to a lack of knowledge or weak will. They stem from a chronic overload of the nervous system and a loss of connection with the body. This state determines our choices, forcing us into reactive and defensive actions. A state of balance allows us to choose wisely and without pressure.

We don't fix people or guide them to predetermined outcomes. We take responsibility for the conditions: safety, pace, framework, and work ethic. We create environments where regulation can occur naturally, without pressure or ideology.

What we do:

We conduct regular meditation sessions – daily online, but also often in person in Upper Mokotów, Warsaw. We organize workshops and offer individual work with the body and emotions. We provide therapeutic space for facilitators and therapists who share our values.

We believe that the ability to regulate the nervous system should be accessible to everyone, regardless of location, resources, or starting point. That's why we think and act more broadly. We create and develop educational and preventative programs aimed at various groups – children and adolescents, adults in crisis, and environments where such tools are rarely available. We strive to ensure that knowledge about how the nervous system works and how to support it reaches those most needed.

Everyone can benefit from our help.

You can come just once or stay with us for longer to grow, practice and create community.
