Yoga Nisarga has been sharing authentic Yoga, Meditation, and traditional yogic wisdom for more than 15 years, with its roots in Goa, India and a growing presence in Thailand and Bali.
Registered with Yoga Alliance, Yoga Nisarga offers Yoga Teacher Trainings, intensive programs, meditation experiences, and Yoga retreats rooted in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Mantra, Vedanta, and yogic philosophy.
Over the years, Yoga Nisarga has conducted Yoga Teacher Trainings in India, Thailand, Bali, Russia, Lebanon, and Egypt, and hosted Yoga retreats in India, Thailand, Bali, Nepal, Russia, China, and Lebanon, welcoming practitioners from around the world.
Our purpose is to offer Yoga as more than a physical practice—to create a space for self-discovery, inner awareness, conscious living, and transformation.
