A 7-night jungle and island yoga retreat in Belize with Dr. Kyle Laughlin, a holistic doctor (DC) and yoga teacher who lives on Caye Caulker. The group is capped at 10.

Nights 1–3 are at Mystic River Resort in Cayo, with the Caracol Maya ruins, a sound bath inside Rio Frio Cave, and the Rio On Pools. The San Ignacio farmers market brings fresh handmade tortillas, soursop, local herbs and bush medicine, pupusas, tamales and fresh juices. Nights 4–7 are at Treetops on Caye Caulker, right on the beach, with Hol Chan and Shark Ray Alley snorkeling, a sunset sail, and free island days. A private plane takes the group from Caye Caulker to the airport at the end.

Included: 7 nights, 9 fresh meals, daily yoga and meditation, all transfers, the water taxi and the private plane, plus a 60-minute treatment with Dr. Kyle (acupuncture, mind-body emotional release, visceral manipulation, or acupressure and fascial release).
