Eine Woche auf dem Meer, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, dich mit der Natur zu verbinden und dich bewusst auf die totale Sonnenfinsternis am 2. August 2027 vorzubereiten.
An Bord einer privaten, 40 Meter langen Yacht reist du mit einer kleinen Gruppe von bis zu 20 Gästen durch die türkisfarbenen Lagunen und Korallenriffe des Roten Meeres. Im Mittelpunkt stehen respektvolle Begegnungen mit frei lebenden Delfinen. Wir folgen dabei den Verhaltensrichtlinien der Dolphin Watch Alliance; Begegnungen entstehen natürlich und können nicht garantiert werden.
Das Programm verbindet Schwimmen und Schnorcheln mit Somatic Water Therapy, Atemübungen, Yoga, Meditation und Klangreisen. Optional kannst du deine Erfahrungen im Freediving und Gerätetauchen vertiefen. Abends erwarten dich gemeinsame Gesprächsrunden, Musik, Blue-Lotus-Rituale und Zeit unter dem Sternenhimmel.
Die Reise beginnt in Hurghada mit einem Eröffnungskreis und gemeinsamen Intentionen. Unterkunft in geteilten, klimatisierten Kabinen mit eigenem Bad, drei Mahlzeiten täglich, Transfers in Ägypten und das begleitete Gruppenprogramm sind enthalten. Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich; auch Familien sind willkommen.

Arrival & Opening Circle — Hurghada / Red Sea
Arrive in Hurghada and meet your facilitators and fellow travelers at our oceanfront gathering. We open the field with an Atlantean water blessing and intention-setting circle before boarding our private yacht for the week. Check-in is at 6pm.

Dolphin Frequencies — The Oceanic Initiation
Sail the Red Sea on a private luxury yacht, connecting with wild Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins in their natural home. Each day includes sunrise meditations, swims and snorkeling, somatic water therapy, and heart-opening sound journeys with the Dolphin frequencies. Evenings feature Blue Lotus elixirs, starlit ceremonies, and deep rest.

If Oceanic Ventures cancels the retreat for any reason — including geopolitical developments or travel restrictions — all retreat payments will be refunded in full. Flights, visas, and personal travel costs are not included in the refund. If the retreat proceeds as planned and travel to Egypt remains possible, our standard cancellation policy applies. Guests who choose not to travel may rely on their travel insurance for reimbursement.

Unlike dolphin shows or captive encounters, these dolphins live completely free in the open ocean. When encounters happen, they happen naturally — sometimes the dolphins approach with curiosity, playfulness, or calm presence. Many participants describe these moments as deeply moving, joyful, and surprisingly peaceful. For some, it becomes the highlight of the entire journey.
The Red Sea is home to several resident populations of Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins. While wildlife encounters can never be guaranteed, our experienced crew operates in areas where dolphin sightings are very frequent, and we spend multiple days exploring different lagoons where dolphins are known to rest and socialize.
For the Dolphin Journey (Red Sea), yes — families with children and teenagers are warmly welcome. Many families find the week at sea to be a beautiful opportunity for shared presence, ocean connection, and meaningful encounters with wild dolphins in a calm and supportive environment. To maintain the depth, focus, and group dynamic of the more immersive initiatory experiences, the Somatic Water Therapy Training and Nile Temple Initiations are generally designed for adults and mature participants. Special family and youth pricing for the Dolphin Journey is available upon request.
No experience is required. Most dolphin encounters happen while relaxed snorkeling at the surface, and many guests join without prior experience. For those interested in exploring deeper, optional freediving and scuba diving guidance and coaching are available.
Wild dolphins move freely through the ocean. Spending a full week at sea allows us to: • move between different lagoons and reefs • encounter dolphins respectfully without pressure • experience the rhythm of the ocean. The journey becomes less about chasing dolphins and more about entering their world with patience and presence.
Most dolphin tours are short excursions focused on quick encounters. Our journey is different because: • we live on the water for a full week • encounters follow the Dolphin Watch Alliance ethical guidelines • the experience is combined with somatic water practices, meditation, and integration. This creates a much deeper relationship with the ocean environment.
Egypt’s Red Sea coast and Nile tourism areas are among the country’s most established travel destinations. Our retreat takes place in regions that host international travelers year-round and are geographically far from geopolitical hotspots. We continuously monitor the situation and work with experienced local partners. If at any point we believed travel were unsafe, the retreat would not proceed.
