About this retreat
A 5-night intimate retreat of somatic practice, yoga, ceremony, nature immersion and deep rest in Intaaya's private cliffside sanctuary.
Five days to slow down, reconnect with the body and restore clarity through movement, somatic practice, ceremony, nature and rest. A space to step away from constant doing and return to a more grounded, connected way of being.
Invitation from Kinga, Mother of Intaaya
For more than 18 years, Kinga has explored what helps us live with greater clarity, presence and connection, through embodiment, contemplative practice, architecture, hospitality and family life. Elemental Presence is shaped as a journey of return: to the body, to nature, to community and to your own inner knowing, held alongside the facilitator team.
Who This Is For
- The One Who Keeps Going – you have been running on capacity for too long and your body is asking for a pause.
- The Seeker – you are curious about somatic work, breath and ceremony, and open to meeting yourself in new ways.
- The Nature Lover – you feel most like yourself near the ocean, the earth and open sky, and want to take that feeling home.
Facilitators
- Marina Sans – Water therapist and founder of Liquid Cosmos, working with aquatic bodywork as a ceremonial space of deep listening, inviting the nervous system to soften through the intelligence of water.
- Kita Ram – Ceremonial musician, sound healer and sacred space holder, weaving sound and fire into immersive rituals and combining Human Design Methodology with the Native Intelligence. Through the Living Ceremony, he invites experiencing the sacred in the ordinary, where breath, movement and music become prayers of remembrance.
- James Sol – Host Lead at Intaaya and a seasoned retreat facilitator, guiding breathwork and working with Spiral Dynamics, holding a safe, grounded field for deep transformative processes.
- Anita – Facilitator of KAP (Kundalini Activation Process), guiding somatic and energetic processes that support inner alignment and self-trust.
- Mangku Ketut – A Balinese high priest who leads traditional ceremonies in their purest form, holding sacred space where guests can feel the living spirit of the Balinese land.
- Tomek – Co-creator and steward of the Intaaya field, facilitating somatic movement and tea ceremonies.

The Place
Intaaya is located on the sacred island of Nusa Penida, just off the coast of Bali, on the edge of its cliffs. The remote sanctuary is known for untouched landscapes, dramatic cliffs and powerful natural presence, with privacy, tranquility, pristine beaches, hidden paths and soulful local culture.
Intaaya offers 13 luxury tent suites designed with natural rammed earth walls and floors. Artisanal interiors, organic linens and natural fabrics create a serene space for rest, with each suite featuring a private bathroom, climate control and an ocean-view terrace. The retreat accommodates up to 26 guests, with flexibility for 38.

Sustainability
Built on the cliffs of Nusa Penida using rammed earth, bamboo and reclaimed materials, the retreat is designed for low impact and harmony with the land. Water and waste are consciously managed, energy use is minimized, and food is sourced locally with a seasonal, plant-forward focus, in close collaboration with the local community.
