I am an Indian-born medical engineer living in Germany, and I have always been curious about the different ways we understand ourselves, our bodies and the world around us.
My journey with Pranayama began with my uncle in India. What stayed with me was not only the practice of breathing, but a different way of looking at life, slower, more attentive and more connected to the body, people and the world around us.
Growing up in India, I was surrounded by stories, spirituality, rituals, food, animals, relationships and people who often seemed to experience time and life differently. Later, living and working in Germany gave me another perspective: one shaped by science, technology, structure and rational thinking.
Today, I carry both.
As a medical engineer, I have learned to question, observe and put things under the microscope. Through yoga, Pranayama and spirituality, I have learned to become more conscious of what I observe and to ask what it means to actually experience something.
I don't see science and spirituality as opposites. To me, they are two sides of the same coin. One helps us understand how something works; the other invites us to experience it.
This is what I bring into my events.
I create spaces where you don't have to perform, achieve or have everything figured out. Spaces where you can slow down, breathe, become curious, play, connect and simply be.
Whether through Pranayama, a Goddess Ritual, mindful experiences or conversations, my intention is to create a feeling of safety and being seen while leaving enough space for something unexpected to happen.
I am naturally curious, a good listener and sometimes a little philosophical, sometimes a little strange. I'm not the loudest person in the room, but I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and discovering what lies beneath the surface.
For me, these practices are not about becoming a different person.
They are an invitation to come a little closer to the person you already are.
