Meditation in Volkspark Friedrichshain

Hello :) I am inviting everyone who has experience with meditation or is curious about the topic to join me/us. Every Sunday in Volkspark Friedrichshain I guide a meditation, and afterwards we might talk and reflect together for some time. I have a down to earth perspective on spirituality and do not share any major esoteric beliefs. I have been practicing meditation for the past seven years and now the disire has emerged to share my insights. Eventually something larger might grow out of this, but for now the idea is simply to practice meditation together in the park and connect with like-minded people. At some poin I might rent a room to practice there, but for now I like the idea of meeting outside, although it might get cold sometimes or even rain. So every Sunday at 12 pm I will be in Volkspark Friedrichshain somewhere around the small pond. There might be some others, or maybe it will just be me. Let me know if you have any more questions :) or just feel free to show up. I also speak German, but I believe that it's easier to reach out to more people with English. (As is customary I do ask for a donation of either food or €)
