Any time

Somewhere near you this week, a room is being set up: mats down, speakers tested, cacao warming. Arivela gathers those rooms in one place. Ecstatic dance, breathwork journeys, sound baths and gong baths, cacao ceremonies, kundalini yoga and quiet meditation sittings, held by facilitators who have practised for years. Some are one-off evenings, some are weekly classes you can settle into. You can browse everything by city and date, or start from the practice you already know.

City by city

Most people start with where they are. Arivela lists conscious events across Europe: ecstatic dance in Berlin and Cologne, breathwork in Hamburg and Munich, sound healing and cacao ceremonies in Lisbon, Amsterdam, Vienna and Barcelona. Each city shows what is actually on in the coming weeks, rather than a directory that never changes.

Near you, or somewhere new

If you have just moved, or you are travelling for a few weeks, browsing by place is usually the quickest way in. You can also follow a host whose work you like: many of them hold a regular weekly class alongside the bigger evenings.

What you'll find on Arivela

Conscious events are every format where people come together with intention: whether that's yoga or tantra, breathwork or sound healing, ecstatic dance, meditation, or a cacao ceremony.

Alongside one-off happenings, there are also regular classes that meet weekly or a few times a month, each one published by the host who runs it. On Arivela you'll find conscious events in Berlin, Vienna, Lisbon, Amsterdam and many more cities across Europe and beyond.

Choosing your first one

The formats differ more than their names suggest. A sound bath asks nothing of you but to lie down. Ecstatic dance has no steps and no talking. A breathwork session can be gentle, or it can take you somewhere quite far. Reading the description and the host's own words is usually enough to tell which is which.

If it is your first time, a weekly class or a sound bath is an easy place to start: short, low commitment, easy to leave. Most hosts are happy to answer a question before you book. When you want to go further, the same practices turn up as multi-day retreats and as trainings.
