Through the Djembe and meditative presence, I help people reconnect with their natural rhythm — not just musically, but emotionally, energetically, and soulfully. My sessions aren’t about performing or learning music. They are about feeling. Letting go. Coming home to the body. Whether it’s a one-on-one drum meditation, a group rhythm circle, or a silent sitting — every space I hold is crafted for authentic release and realignment. The Djembe is my companion, mirror, and medicine. Over the years, it’s helped me find my breath again — and now, I offer it as a doorway for others to do the same. Each beat we share is a prayer.
